These tools are intended to support, not replace, the clinical judgment of our licensed practitioners. All medical records and notes, including those assisted by AI, are reviewed and validated by the treating psychiatrist before being finalized or submitted for billing purposes.
Use of AI documentation tools is part of our commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and patient-centered care. If you have any concerns regarding the use of technology in your medical records, please discuss them with your clinician directly.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel your appointment, please note the following policy:
Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a 100% refund of fees paid.
No Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.
